Hi, my name is Theresa. I am the Patient Care Coordinator here at PWR Physio. I started out as a patient myself. I was so happy with the care they showed me that I didn’t hesitate to say yes when they offered me a position. Since then I have grown in my role as a part of the team. I love being able to understand where people are coming from as a patient and doing the best I can to get them the care they need. I handle insurance, scheduling, and keeping our therapists on track.
